It's Almost Time For Nap 1/3!

So I had surgery on my wrist on Thursday.  I've never had surgery before, so that was something.  I'm on Vicodin, which is pretty boss.  It doesn't really make me woogy or anything like that, just super sleepy for about an hour after it hits my bloodstream.  I also got a prescription for anti-nausea pills, and have had to take a few.  There's been a lot of naps, usually with snuggly cats, a lot of reading, some TV, and some time spent in that in-between dozing and sleeping place.  I'm scheduled to go back to work on Tuesday, and I think I'll be okay for that, though I can't do any lifting for three weeks.

I'm finishing up my het_bigbang, which has been interesting since I have to type everything with just one hand.  I'd like to get at least one picspam for scifiland's big bang done, so if you start seeing a bunch of random graphics posts go up, that's why.  Otherwise, not much going on.  It's time for a pain pill, since the incision is starting to burn and make itself known.  This stupid thing better have worked, I'm not even joking,

Eesh, I hope it worked, too. Is the vicodin keeping the pain down ok? How long do you have to wear the cast?
