Babylon 5 Love Month etc.

Hi all!  I've been meaning to post for the last couple weeks (she said, as always), but I woke up this morning like, I know I signed up for B5 Love Month and I don't remember the day, so I better check that it's not tomorrow!

It's Wednesday, so I need to...get started...on something...

Anyway, there are still lots of open days, so if you'd like to do even a little something, please head over to Babylon 5 Love Month and sign up!  I'm publicly declaring now that I am going to write a new chapter on one of my WIPs.  Probably for my second day later in the month.

(And since no one's yet signed up for tomorrow, I'm mayhap going to try to put together a l'il something.)

I definitely need to post about The X-Files (!!!) revival.  I planned to last week, but we were swamped at work.  I'm not sure this week is going to be any better, but once you reach a certain point of chaos, and it becomes the norm, you adjust.  Life, uh, finds a way, as Dr. Malcolm would say, and life for me at work is having time to write and do random fandom shit.

Hey stranger (I say, as I barely ever post myself)! I was happy to see you're signed up for the B5 love month too. I need to start working on that soon myself.

Also excited to hear your thoughts about The X-Files since you are a longtime fan unlike me. Maybe once they're all aired you can post a huge round up. It feels like they're something to see all of to get the whole picture so far.

Yeah, just posting about it yesterday made me sort of think about the show - as I haven't been watching it at all recently or been active in fandom, obviously - and I ended up getting kind of excited about it. Some things are changing at work this week that make me optimistic that I'll have more time to do fandom-such things soon. We'll see!

Yeah, I will probably wait till tonight's episode, since it's supposed to be a good one, and then post a "halfway through tiny season" thoughts post. And maybe some icons, idk.

I liked it but wasn't blown away by it like most people seemed to. I will definitely post about it...as soon as I get my work computer back! They're moving our cubicles to a different part of the building and I'm stuck on random computers here and there in the meantime. Boo.
