Started watching Miranda from the beginning again.  Guys, I just love this show so much.



Like, even if I'm not laughing at an actual "joke," I just end up smiling the whole time.  A lot of people say that Liz Lemon is their spirit animal, but really, Miranda is mine.  I love her so very much, I really do.  (She was #9 on my Top 50 TV Characters list a while back.) 

One thing I noticed that I don't think I noticed before was a scene in the restaurant.  It opened with Gary playing air guitar, but when he heard someone coming, he ran and flung himself over the counter to turn off the music before anyone saw him - later that episode, Miranda was doing karaoke in her apartment with the Gary Vacuum, and when Stevie showed up, Miranda ran and hid the vacuum before Stevie could see. 

They are soulmates, you guys.  They are each other's lobsters.  My feeeeeeeels.

I first saw that picture in a post about Rachel McAdams, but Miranda was the first thing I saw. My exact thought process was "Miranda? Miranda! WHY AREN'T YOU WRITING MIRANDA."

Dude, I've been thinking about rewatching Miranda. In all honesty, I wasn't as impressed the first time as I thought I would be, but that happens to me a lot with shows everyone's all hyped about. And afterwards, when I had no episodes left, it didn't take long until I started missing the show. CONFLICTED FEELINGS MUCH? So yeah, I should do that.

Heeee, yes you should definitely rewatch. I am laughing more this go-round, which is my third, than I did the first time through. Of course, it doesn't hurt that I'm watching with my little sister, who has the most infectious laugh.

Maybe I will! I started another round of B5 and really hope I can finish that before my friend gets here in two weeks, but since my last exam is tomorrow, I shouuuuld be able to slip some Miranda in, too.

YES REWATCHING MIRANDA IS ALWAYS A GOOD THING.

Sometimes I just rewatch random episodes because they are so perfect and they just make me so happy.
Also I love that scene of Gary jumping over the counter to turn off his music. And those weird baggy polka dot pants he sometimes wears. I guess they are chef pants, but they always are slightly distracting to me in their randomness.

I came across this somehow a few days ago, which you might enjoy. I haven't had the time to watch it all yet, but I can only imagine it's quite entertaining.

Eek, missed this notification. Hi! I have a huge volunteer project ending in two weeks, and I'm hopeful I'll have time to write after that. I had a tiny idea while watching I'd love to play with, so keep prodding me!
