About Kosh - it just seems more of a Shadow tactic than a Vorlon one - kicking over the anthills so the strong survive. I'm sure he wants at least some survivors for the army of light? Also, is he testing their courage and resourcefulness or their ability to hot-wire a door open? ;) This isn't a serious criticism though, honestly. Kosh is open to a thousand interpretations.
I've wondered about Inquisitor, too. What if Lennier hadn't come to find her? Sheridan would never even have known he was zapping her half to death. Did her passing the test depend on Sheridan showing up?
Oh, and Grey 17... I've got the theory that somebody spiked Garibaldi's drink or he went back on the bottle or something, and hallucinated it. It would be amusing to edit all of his scenes out except for the one where he's explaining to Sheridan where he disappeared to.
