Ack, that's my bad. I just meant what I said above - that even though Quorra hadn't slept with him, that didn't mean she didn't give him happiness, give him companionship. I'll see if I can make that clearer.

Aw, I really do love the way you phrased that, that it doesn't matter if they had a more intimate relationship or not, that Quorra kept him from being alone. I totally agree, they definitely were very close and had a loving relationship. ♥!
I was just sort of surprised at how much I really like Alan/Quorra, especially given how much I love Alan/Lora and Sam/Quorra. But it's so cool to see alternate explorations of how the characters could also fit together, had the circumstances been right. ;)
Also, I think you walked the line really well with Quorra being innocent about our world, yet not coming across like she's actually a child or the like. I think Alan would definitely worry about that a bit and you handled that well. I think he'd worry about it anyway, even if she were just a regular ol' User ;) who was in her 20's. That's still a heck of an age difference between them but it somehow works with their characters. ;)
*covertly hands your plot bunny a basket of cookies* Plot bunnies do need to be kept fed so they can develop those ideas into fics, after all. ;) ♥!
