Hee! I think...I think that face may have been from a little bit earlier in the scene. There's no cut to John for that line, and I didn't want it to be confusing to read for anyone who didn't have that scene memorized.

He makes some truly awesome faces in that scene, though. I only used like 1/4 of the caps.

I, um, actually don't have that scene memorized. It's another one of those things, like the First Date, that I always forget what episode it's in.

I was reading something recently, don't remember where, and it was talking about how anymore in SF, strong woman = woman who physically kicks ass. And while I like seeing that, don't get me wrong, I also appreciate female characters who are strong without necessarily having to whale on anyone. The only other character I can really think of off the top of my head who reminds me of Delenn - strong and independent, but because she's smart and resourceful, not because she beats people up - is Laura Roslin.

Divided Loyalties - it's when he's stewing about the traitor in their midst after Lyta shows back up. And Delenn does her whole, "Oh, I'm going to bring up something totally inconsequential and I could have just messaged you about it instead of hunting you down in this enormous space station," thing, as she is wont to do quite a bit in S2. So cute.

I am learning this. You should have seen me trying to get a decent cap of him in that Knives baseball scene. In motion it is sexy. Frame by frame he is all... Grunty Effort Face.

They are both completely adorable throughout that scene.
