God, I need to organize, too. I save everything into a folder called Randomness - gifs, macros, icons, pretty things from tumblr. I have three separate "icons other people made" folders that are all haphazard. And my main Photobucket folder is just seven years of stuff. Every time I log on it's like, "you have 736 images not assigned to a folder," and I'm like, "I KNOW PHOTOBUCKET ARGH."
That is a very cool icon! I don't know if I'd call it animated, though, as much as...hmm. IDK. I'll have to think about it.
