Ah, I know even less about the Grammys. But yeah, couldn't agree more.
most people who work in TV don't really watch TV, but then have to turn around and decide who to reward as the best in TV The biggest eyeroll for this. There really should be a new system. I mean, why not let actual fans decide? It's not like it's difficult in this day and age when you can just have a nation-wide poll online or something. And a poll like that would at the same time be an awesome way to get ratings, because those voters would be the people who mattered, the people who don't just watch something on TV, but are actual fans who, idk, most likely end up buying the DVDs and merchandise etc etc.
