I love Christoph Waltz, but I do feel sorry for Leo every year he gets nothing.
Haven't seen the whole list now that I see the points you bring up. Kind of glad I did, my day was not the best and this would've killed it. I was sure I'd see Hobbit snagging all the things LotR used to snag.
Will watch the show though. Want to see how Seth does as host. Just have to get into as many of the movies nominated as I can before end of February.
