The juxtaposition is why I love symphonic metal. It's the strangest blend of a full classical symphony orchestra and heavy metal which sounds like it shouldn't work but it does in the neatest way. It's also why I love some of the gothic metal bands out there; Evanescence, and The Cruxshadows are two of my favourites for that.
Locked music sharing post sounds like fun! I have the most eclectic taste in music from this kind of music, to Country, to 80's and 90's rock, to old rock'n'roll, to Dean Martin and Rosemary Clooney. I'm always interested in hearing new things. :D
