I know! Apparently if you let your cat outside then anything can happen to it and it's your fault. Like, if this guy came over and took, say, a bicycle we left in our driveway, it would be stealing. But because he came over and took a cat that was outside it's something for small claims court? I was in LA at the time, but my sister told me that my dad was so upset she thought he was going to have a stroke.

For some reason I can't calendar and for about half an hour I thought it was this upcoming weekend, and got kind of panicky, LOL.
