Yeah, with the previous dog that was actually mean and threatening, Animal Control was called several times by several different people, including the postal worker who delivers our mail. They would come out, be unable to catch the dog, then just fine the guy. The end. Apparently they're fed, so I guess AC has bigger fish to fry?
