Oh, we don't deal with them. We interact with them as little as possible. I do not doubt at all that if this guy thought we'd crossed him or something, he'd hurt the animals or even do something worse. We won't even call animal control on them, though there have been many times we've wanted to, just because he's the kind of guy that would retaliate. We just hope one day he'll move, but I'm afraid it's not going to happen.
