Yeah, I kind of felt that way a bit my first time through. I'm assuming we'll get a much better idea of those two guys in S2. Rewatching S1, and not having to pay attention to the plot, I did get some more characterization from them - though I couldn't tell you their names off the top of my head right now either, oops.
