It's a different one, not the house we put an offer on back in December. That one just had too many things wrong with it, and we would have had to spend way too much money the first year to fix everything up.

This is a pretty small little house, but it wasn't a foreclosure, and it's in really good shape. I think it'll be just about perfect.
